We also have SendFile Pro, a subscription-based service, which provides additional benefits like larger file size limits (up to 20GB per transfer), password protection, and longer storage durations. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

We take your data security seriously. SendFile uses encryption to protect your files during transit and while they are stored on our servers. Files are only accessible through the unique download link sent to your recipient, and you can add a password for an extra layer of security with our Pro plan. We also have strict data retention policies to safeguard your privacy.

If your recipient doesn't receive the download link, there are a few steps you can take. First, make sure you entered their email address correctly. Also, ask them to check their spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there. If the issue persists, you can resend the transfer or contact our support team for assistance.
