Cancellation Policy

Pro is a subscription with no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and it stops renewing. You keep every Pro feature until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account drops to the free tier on its own. You never lose access to your files or friends.

• Cancel from your billing profile, or email hello@sendfile.dev from the address on it.
• One line is enough: "please cancel."
• You get a confirmation, and no further charges.

Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not return the current one. Because the free tier covers almost everything most people send, you can use Sendfile properly without paying and only go Pro once you know you need it.

Where local law gives you a statutory refund right, that still applies.

You keep your account and drop to the free tier. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again any time.
